I am NOT to sure, “IF” these States Attorney Generals, Can Make such an Liability/Responsibility Case or Group of Cases “stick” against the “META/INSTAGRAM”, Cyber-Mind Manipulating Companies??!!
Meta sued by states claiming Instagram and Facebook cause harm in children and teens

Companies, and BRANDS even News Outlets, Food Makers, Churches, TV Stations and Networks, Gasoline Makers, Alcohol makers=”ALL” every single product or Products that Humans Buy or Consume=THE SECRET INGREDIENTS, MAKE THEM/”U.S.”=Need to and/or Want to keep Returning back, Over & Over, again and again..heyy What about “Candy”?? and “Especially Chocolate”, which is having a Shortage, and its into Halloween and heading towards the Holidays!!!???

Meta was sued by more than three dozen states on Tuesday for knowingly using features on Instagram and Facebook to hook children to its platforms, even as the company said its social media sites were safe for young people.

Colorado and California led a joint lawsuit filed by 33 states in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, saying Meta — which owns Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger — violated consumer protection laws by unfairly ensnaring children and deceiving users about the safety of its platforms. The District of Columbia and eight other states filed separate lawsuits on Tuesday against Meta with most of the same claims...CONT...I STARTED WRITING ABOUT SUCH THINGS AS “PROGRAMMING”, WHEN I WAS ONLY 6/SIX YEARS OLD AND MANY TYPES OF “PROGRAMMING/BRAIN WASHING/EVEN ELECTRONIC EDUCATIONAL DATA PROGRAMMING” ARE BUILT/WRITTEN INTO OUR “COMICS-NOVELS” SERIES (
