These terms and conditions posted on our www.rolliit.com website shall govern your understanding and proper use of our website, its contents and offerings. By using our Website, you consent to the data practices and conditions described in this statement here below and agree that you understand its contents before you sign up as a Rolliit member.

1.  General Disclaimer

Rolliit services enable users to connect, share, invest & earn, while they build their communities and grow their businesses. These Terms govern your use of Rolliit Social, RolliChat Messenger, Bioskop, RolliMeet, Rolliverse and the other products, features, apps, services, technologies and software that we shall continue to introduce and offer.  These Products are owned by Mandrolli Technologies, and developed, made available and maintained by BlockchainX Africa.

Registration on Rolliit and its featured platforms, including RolliMeet and Bioskop, is FREE of charge. We may charge various fees to access certain features through our various packages.  We may also pay you earnings using our Rolliit virtual currency, ‘Rollibux’, to chat, share and view adverts from businesses, organisations and partners who pay us to show you ads for their products and services. By using our Products, you agree that we can show you ads that we think may be relevant to you and your interests. We use your personal data to help determine which Rolliit ads to show you.

To benefit from added features we provide to you, we have provided an opportunity for you through our packages that enable you to unlock more features from the platforms and you pay for the package that fits your interests.

The opinions and or views expressed on Rolliit social media platform, including, but not limited to, our blogs,groups & pages, represent the thoughts of individual users, and not those necessarily of Rolliit or any of their respective employees, or members of its board of directors.  Rolliit is not responsible for material posted to this social media site and does not guarantee the content, accuracy, or use of the content in this site. ROLLIIT does not in any way endorse or recommend individuals, products or services that may be discussed on this site. ROLLIIT specifically disclaims all liability for claims or damages that may result from any posting on this site by users. ROLLIIT accepts no responsibility for the opinions and information posted on this platform, and such opinions do not necessarily reflect the policies of ROLLIIT. In no event shall ROLLIIT be liable to anyone else for any decision made or action taken by you in reliance on information on this site.

While Rolliit makes reasonable efforts to monitor and/or moderate content posted on its social media platform, we do not moderate all comments and cannot always respond in a timely manner to online requests for information. Rolliit reserves the sole right to review, edit and/or delete any comments it deems are inappropriate. Comments including but not limited to the following may be deleted or edited by the moderators, leading to the account deactivation, deletion or ban without further notice:

  • Abusive or hurtful speech or comments on timelines, newsfeed of users’ posts & comments  
  • Comments that use foul language or “hate speech” (for example, including but not limited to racial, ethnic or gender bashing language)
  • Personal or terrorist attacks or defamatory statements or comments (i.e., making negative personal or untrue comments about users and non-users),
  • Explicit sexual content including videos, pictures, blogs, posts or comments.

By posting content on Rolliit, you acknowledge that  you are over 18yrs, that your information is available to the public, and that Rolliit may use this information for internal & external promotional purposes. Please note that other users may use your posted information beyond the control of Rolliit. If you do not wish to have the information (not limited to comments, posts, blogs, videos, pictures) you have publicly made available via Rolliit used, published, copied and/or reprinted, please do not post on this platform.

 

2.  User Agreement

By registering with Rolliit and using the www.Rolliit.social website you confirm that you have read and understood and accepted the terms and conditions of this user agreement (this "Agreement"). If you don’t wish to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, then please do not register with Rolliit.

We may make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be updated on the website and they will be effective immediately. Please check this page regularly for updates as your use of the website confirms your acceptance thereof. Your continued use of the Rolliit Platform will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of such changes.

 

3.  Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply when used in this agreement.

  1. Rolliit website/platform — Refers to www.Rolliit.social or the IOS and Android Rolliit APP.
  2. Rolliit Social Network is an online business that looks into integrating its digital platforms into the Rolliit Social Networking Platform, these include RolliPay Wallet, OptiLive Video Conferencing Platform, Rollicity Virtual Mall, Optisky, RolliChat, Soundbar, VideoHub, and others .
  3. ROLLIPAY™ — The digital wallet platform that enables you to store your Rollibux digital tokens in your digital account in the Value Store, Invest and Transact using the tokens and interact with the National Payment System to exchange value between bank accounts, including your Bank Account, and Value Store Accounts.
  4. Payfast — Payfast (Pty) Ltd- is a South Africa company with registration number 2007/011558/07 and is a licenced Third Party Payment Provider by PASA that will process withdrawals contributed on the Rolliit platform. Payfast Terms and Conditions constitute a user agreement between you and Payfast.
  5. Paystack Payments Limited is a licenced  Payments Engine for Africa that has been acquired by Stripe.  It will be handling payment transaction for all users who wish to top up their RolliPay Wallets in Rolliit for purchasing from the marketplace.
  6. User — An individual registered on the Rolliit website with a legitimate user profile representing him/herself. 
  7. Rollibux Token — A virtual currency used by Rolliit Rewards with third parties, these tokens can be used to buy Rolliit shares as and when they become available.
  8. Profit share — Profit share is a pre-determined percentage of net profit from Rolliit’s digital businesses that is shared among option holders.
  9. Option holder — Registered and intended recipient of the Rolliit’s shares.
  10. User profile — It is a registered member’s profile on Rolliit Network Platform identified by your email address or mobile number, allowing you access to your Rolliit Dashboard to view and edit the Rolliit Account you Manage.
  11. Maturity Period — It is the period by which the user can convert their membership into shares.
  12. Share Conversion Amount — It is the membership amount paid by the user less administration fees.
  13. System updates are Messages that a user receives after logging in and just before they access their dashboard.
  14. Token Redemption — Any reward tokens redeemed from the Rollit platform that can be used for any transaction on the Rolliit websites or Rolliit partners. 
  15. Cleared Accounts — Matured Investment Tokens are considered “cleared” and available for use once they are stored in their RolliPay wallet. 
  16. Pending Accounts — Accounts are considered to be “pending” after a user paid for membership via an EFT until the monies are Cleared accounts.
  17. You, your and yours — Refer to a User.
  18. We, our and us — Refer to Rolliit and/or Payfast or Paystack and/or RolliPay™.

 

4.  Eligibility to use Rolliit:

The Rolliit Platform aims to provide a space that is safe, secure and authentic for its users, we also offer digital wallet services to receive earnings, transact on our marketplace, send and receive money from users and withdrawals of earnings.  All this requires users, (sellers/ buyers) to verify their identify for KYC purposes.  Therefore, we reserve the right to deactivate, delete or ban a user who does not fulfil the requirements below. 

To be eligible to create a user account on Rolliit, you must:

  1. use the same names that you use in everyday life;
  2. provide accurate information about yourself;
  3. submit KYC documents for verification purposes;
  4. only create one account (your own) and use it for personal purposes;
  5. not share your password, give access to your Rolliit account to others without written consensual agreement or transfer your account to anyone else (without our permission).
  6. not have had your account previously disabled or banned for violations of our Terms, Policies and Community Standards. the Community Standards or other. If we disable your account for a violation of our Terms, the Community Standards or other terms and policies, you agree not to create another account without our permission. Receiving permission to create a new account is provided at our sole discretion
  7. not be prohibited from receiving our products, services or software under applicable laws

5.  Registration is free for all users

A confirmation email or sms will confirm registration. Once registered, the user can benefit from sharing their accounts with friends and family.

6.  Creating Rolliit User Account

To Create a Rolliit Account click on the "register account" button. You will need to give your account a Username.  If you will be transacting on the Rolliit platform, you will need to complete a KYC process where you will verify your Identity Document, your selfie and/ or proof of address (depending on the amount in your RolliitPay wallet. 

To create a Rolliit user profile, you must be an individual at least 18 years of age with a valid email address and/or mobile number. If you are under the age of 18, you must be registered by Optim Academy School through their OPTILEARN channel. Once registered and activated, you can log in and click on your Profile Picture and your menu will pop up, You can navigate the platform.

Users are NOT allowed to have more than one user profile per email address/ mobile number.

You will need the following to sign up for a Rolliit profile:

  1. Username
  2. Email address and/or mobile number
  3. User-defined password

You are responsible for all actions taken under your password. It is your responsibility to keep your password safe and to ensure that it is not disclosed to anyone. If you think someone else might know it, you must change it. You must not permit anyone else to use your password.  Once you have registered you will receive a verification email that will ask you to activate your account.  This might sit in your spam folder, should you not find it in your normal email box.   You will need to click on the link in validate your email address and have access to your profile.

You agree that we ca use your email address and mobile phone number to communicate with you, and that we many send you administrative and promotional content.

One Time Password (OTP)

To make our platform as secure as possible you may be required to authenticate certain transactions via an OTP to your email address or mobile phone number.

 

7.  Onboarding of Merchants

Rolliit offers a Marketplace called Rollicity Mall.  Any use who has products, services or online store can create a Rolliit Account and create a store in the Rollicity Mall.  For any user desiring to be a Rolliit Merchant need to perform a KYC (Know Your Customer) process as required by FICA..

The sign up process is the same as above. Over and above this process, as a merchant, you would need to:

  1. Click on your profile on top and a Menu will pop up
  2. Scroll down to Settings and click on ‘Verification’
  3. Fill in the required information and motivate your application
  4. Upload a photo with your passport
  5. Take a clear picture and Upload it

8.  The Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA)

  1. Rolliit is a Voluntary Disclosure Reporter to the Financial Intelligence Centre. FICA verification is required by The Financial Intelligence Centre Act (38 of 2001) (the FIC Act).
  2. Rolliit at its sole and absolute discretion will impose limits on a User’s Wallet based on the earning value and accumulated value of all contributions over a predefined period. Contribution limits are determined by your FICA Status Level and could be changed from time to time in the Rolliit’s sole discretion or as directed by law.

 

9.  User conduct

You understand and agree not to use your Rolliit User Profile or Rolliit Account to violate any laws or for any illegal purpose. You will keep the information required to access Rolliit confidential. You shall also maintain your personal information to ensure it remains accurate. 

Rolliit has the right to restrict or cancel user access if the user is in breach of these terms and conditions.

 

10.  Personalised Experience

We provide you personalised experience on our Rolliit platform where you can set up personalised preferences from who can view your Posts, Stories & events to how you choose to confirm Follower requests and how you receive notifications via Settings button from our main menu.  You also have a freedom to choose who can see your online status and your profile.  Transactions on our Rolliit Marketplace (Rollicity Mega Mall), ads and boosting of posts are all performed using our Rollidus Virtual Currency.

11.  Connect. Collaborate. Network:

We aim to help you make meaningful connections with people, groups, businesses, organisations and others that matter to you and your Community.  We use data to make suggestions for you and others – for example, groups to join, events to attend, Pages to follow or send a message to, shows to watch and people you may want to become friends with.

12.  Our Community Safety, Security and Integrity of our services:

It is our responsibility to ensure that every user is safe and secure while within Rolliit’s platform.  We therefore work hard to maintain the security standards (including the availability, authenticity and integrity of our Products and services. We employ dedicated teams, developers and IT partners  around the world, to manage, moderate and develop advanced technical systems to detect potential misuse of our Products, harmful conduct towards others and situations where we may be able to help support or protect our community, including to respond to user reports of potentially violating content. If we learn of content or conduct such as this, we may take appropriate action based on our assessment that may include notifying you, offering help, removing content, removing or restricting access to certain features, disabling an account or contacting law enforcement. 13.  Rollibux, the official Currency of Rolliit Platform:

Rollibux, abbreviated as ‘RBX’, with a Currency sign, ‘, has been adopted as the official Virtual Currency of Rollit Platform and the Rolliverse Metaverse, created by Mandrolli Holdings. 

It is officially dubbed as a social currency of the second economy and a common medium of exchange, a gold-backed virtual token pegged with the US Dollar.  Each Rollibux Token is backed by 5 grams of real gold through a physical Rolli Gold Coin (RGC).  A user can only exchange Rollibux with a physical Rolli Gold Coin, which will be minted, certified, insured and delivered to the buyer after the sale has been completed (only when the coins start being available).

Our RBX is pegged with US Dollar that has a  value of $18.45 or R310.

Rewards accumulated from Rolliit will be earned in Rollibux currency, including all the products and services bought from the Rollicity Mall.  Users will be able to send and receive money in Rollibux Currency. Rollibux will be converted to other currencies ONLY during withdrawals

14.  Rolling out Rolli Gold Coin:

Only users that are on the Rolliit Platform will benefit from the Rollout of the Rolli Gold Coin Reward.  The launch of the Rolli Gold will be announced on the Rolliit Platform. 

In preparation for the launch and rollout, Mandrolli Holdings (MH) partnered with:

  1. a blockchain protocol company to enable success in establishing and tracking the coin’s trading security.
  2. a Global African Organisation that owns Gold, Silver, Platinum and Lithium mines across Africa with a value exceeding $100 billion
  3. a multi-national African Bank that will reward FIRST 2 billion globally people to invest in RolliGold by giving 100% cashback on every sale/ investment of the coin.

An international Gold Coin minting & Gold security company that has worked in the minting space for years, both in the Continental Africa and Diaspora

All transactions on the Rolliit Platform will be performed in Rollidus, abbreviated as RBX

 

15.  How to use our Products

We uphold the integrity of our brand identity and intellectual property and the reputation of our users.  To keep our respectful relations intact, you agree not to engage in the conduct described below whether directly or indirectly. 

You may NOT:

  1. Create fake and misleading accounts with fraudulent and anonymous email addresses;
  2. Create a Rolliit account using Rolliit as your username in any way;
  3. Use our Products or Intellectual Property including our Logo in a way:
  • That violates these Terms, the Community Standards, or other terms and policiesthat apply to your use of our Products;
  • That is unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or fraudulent (or assists someone else in using our Products in such a way).
  • That you do not own or have the necessary rights to share.
  • That infringes or violates someone else's rights, including their intellectual property rights (such as by infringing another's copyright or trademark, or distributing or selling counterfeit or pirated goods), unless an exception or limitation applies under applicable law.
  1. Upload viruses or malicious code, use the services to send spam or do anything else that could disable, overburden, interfere with or impair the proper working, integrity, operation or appearance of our services, systems or Products.
  2. Access or collect data of our users or our Products using automated means (without our prior permission) or attempt to access data that you do not have permission to access.
  3. Proxy, request or collect users’ usernames or passwords, or misappropriate access tokens.
  4. Sell, license or purchase any data obtained from us or our services, except as provided in the Platform Terms.
  5. Misuse any reporting, flagging, dispute or appeals channel, such as by making fraudulent, duplicative or groundless reports or appeals.

We shall without notice, deactivate, delete, ban or remove, restrict access to content to any user found in violation of the above conditions.  If we remove content that you have shared in violation of these Terms, we'll let you know and explain any options you have to request another review, unless you seriously or repeatedly violate these Terms or if doing so may expose us or others to legal liability; harm our community of users; compromise or interfere with the integrity or operation of any of our services, systems or Products; where we are restricted due to technical limitations; or where we are prohibited from doing so for legal reasons.

 

To help support our community, we encourage you to report content or conduct that you believe violates your rights or our Terms and Policies, if this feature exists in your jurisdiction.

 

16.  Permissions for Use

To give you an impeccable service, we might need certain permissions from you, which are:

  1. Permission to use content that you create and share: Some content that you share or upload, such as photos or videos, may be protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the intellectual property rights (things such as copyright or trademarks) in any such content that you create and share on Rolliit and other Rolliit Platforms including Rolliverse, that you use. Nothing in these Terms takes away the rights you have to your own content. You are free to share your content with anyone else, wherever you want.

However, to provide our services we need you to give us some legal permissions (known as a "License", royalty-free and worldwide licence) to use this content (posts, which licence will end when your content is deleted from our systems. This is solely for the purposes of providing and improving our Products and services.

  1. You give us permission to use your name and profile picture and information about actions that you have taken on Rolliit and we may show your friends as a potential friend they may know to follow of create a connection with you.
  2. you download or use our software, you give us permission to download and install updates to the software where available.

 

17.  Types of Rolliit Pro Package Accounts, Bioskop Packages & RolliPay Wallet

Rolliit has 5 Package Plans for users, Rollistar, Hot, Ultima, VIP and Glow Packages, while Bioskop has just one, with a minimum of R500 per month.  If a female user pays R1500 at once, she will get a complimentary Shareholding in Women In Power (WIP) Invest.  The complimentary shareholding will grant her an opportunity to be a shareholder while the opportunity is still open for such.  This Bioskop package will allow the user to unlock all the features in the Bioskop platform.

Part of the money derived from both Rolliit and Bioskop packages goes towards the maintenace and upgrade of our platforms, and pays developers, partners and consultants.

R1500 Upgrading to these packages is done only via our RolliPay Wallet powered by Wipfin.  The five packages provide the following benefits to the user:

  1. Becomes a verified features member
  2. Boost Posts and Pages
  3. Verified Badge
  4. Show/Hide last seen status
  5. See profiles of visitors
  6. The User acknowledges that Rolliit does not hold a deposit-taking licence (a banking licence) and cannot hold accounts on your behalf that are not proceeds of your earnings and contributions made by you and your followers to purchase specific goods, products or services from other users;
  7. A User can only contribute/top-up or transfer money into the RolliPay Wallet once they have uploaded their FICA information to their Profile and have them verified by Rolliit Administration Staff;.
  8. The money contributed by a User to a RolliPay Wallet Account will be processed by Payfast into your LumeePay™ Value Store.
  9. Your Rolliit Account Balance is the total amount of money in your RolliPay™ Value Store Wallet in Rollidus Currency (In-App Virtual Currency).
  10. All monies in your Wallet Accounts, whether accumulated from your earnings from chats and sharing of transferred by user, forms part of your RolliPay™ Value Store as per the Terms and Conditions.

18.  Account beneficiaries

Rolliit is defaulted to be the beneficiary should you not have a beneficiary to your account.

To create a Beneficiary you need the following information:

  1. Name and Surname
  2. Email address and mobile number of the beneficiary

Once you have added a beneficiary an email is sent to the individual inviting him/her to accept the beneficiary invitation and should the accept button be clicked the Rolliit Account will be visible on the User Dashboard under Accounts for Me once the Beneficiary registers.

Should a beneficiary not have an email address you can create a Virtual Beneficiary with the following information:

  1. Name and Surname
  2. Date of birth
  3. Gender

You can always remove a Virtual Beneficiary from a Rolliit account and add a new Beneficiary to your Rolliit account should the Beneficiary have access to an email address.

 

 19. Rolliit rewards

A user can Redeem Rollidus Rewards at any time.  Your rewards are automatically credited to your wallet.

Simply click on the "redeem" icon and follow the prompts to select your redemption method. An OTP will be sent to you via email or SMS depending on your profile preference to confirm the redemption.

This Redeem Icon will only appear on the Rolliit Account should the account have Cleared accounts available.

Rewards are redeemed by selecting the Retail Partner of choice or Physical Prepaid Card or an Instant money voucher or an EFT voucher. Rolliit will aim to source all products at a competitive price and offer this service to the user should one of our retailer partners not offer the required product. If for any reason Rolliit is not able to source the specified products, Rolliit will provide the Account Manager with a voucher or prepaid card loanded with the Rolliit Account balance.

Should a delivery be required Rollicity Mall aims to do all deliveries within 24-72 hours of purchase, depending on the source location..

Rolliit reserves the right to change the processes and rewards availability at any time..

20.  Mandate

By accepting our Terms and Conditions you hereby accept the following mandate authorising and empowering Rolliit to create your Account. You hereby acknowledge that in granting this mandate you assume, except in so far as there many in law be a right of recovery against the user, all risks connected with the administration of the entrusted accounts, as well as the responsibility to ensure that the System Administrator executes the instructions as recorded in the Rolliit platform.

You should also ensure that you understand the Minimum Disclosure Document (Account Fact Sheet) pertaining to the Investments and Shares (should there be an opportunity available to redeem your rewards against shares),

Declaration by the user of the website:

  1. The information provided to me regarding the selected account was adequate and appropriate for me to make an informed decision, based on the identification of my own needs and objectives;
  2. All applicable terms, affiliate program and applicable earnings have been disclosed;
  3. I understand that no risk profile analysis has been conducted and I have selected (or possibly determined) my own risk profile;
  4. I am aware of my monetary obligation and payment terms associated with my Pro package membership;
  5. I declare that I have not been induced to waive any of my rights and / or benefits, as provided for in the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act 37, of 2002;
  6. I have read through and understand the Account Fact Sheet provided to me, which discloses any tax considerations, material investment risks, manner in which the value of the investment is determined, restrictions and / or penalties should I opt for early withdrawal, and accessibility of accounts.

21.  Taxes

Pricing is in South Africa Rand (ZAR) and includes all taxes and excludes shipping costs if not specifically noted to be included.

22.  Delivery Policy

All transactions are paid in in the Rollidus Currency (RBX) with VAT and delivery costs. One Rollidus Token is equivalent to One Rolli Gold Coin which equals to $18.45.

Changes on the account

In the case that the Rolliit account changes details in the Rolliit account, these will be communicated via email.

23.  Deletion Policy

If you feel that Rolliit is not for you, you can delete your account at any time, and whatever benefits accumulated will be forfeited or transferred to nominated beneficiary.

 

24.  Security Policy

We have taken every measure we can to prevent internet fraud and to ensure that any data collected from you is kept safe and secure. However, in the extremely unlikely event of a breach in our secure computer servers, we cannot be held liable.

You are responsible for ensuring that your computer systems are suitable to access and use this website.

Under no circumstances will we be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or other kind of loss or injury resulting from your use, or download, of any content on our site.

If any of the website terms and conditions is held to be unenforceable, illegal or in some other wany invalid, the unenforceable, illegal or invalid provision will be deemed to be severable and will not affect the remainder of the website terms and conditions, which will continue to be of full force and effect.

26.  Complaints procedure

Complaints about the Rolliit.social website or IOS/Andriod Apps must be lodged in writing containing all the relevant information, to the Rolliit Legal and Compliance Department. Rolliit will acknowledge the complaint and attend to the prompt resolution of the complaint in terms of Rolliit complaints procedure.
