Due to the migration of 2 million+ Swifin Accounts from those who joined before January 2022, focus and prority was given to ensure all the Accounts were migrated properly. However, some glitches were noticed, including hacking and AI (artificial intelligence) interference. Secondly, the pace of balance upgrading was extremely slow. Therefore there is a huge backlog of Account balances to resolve. For new members who joined after Jan 2022, you are indeed on the very long queue.

To show appreciation for your patience and perseverance, Admin has advised that a 'thankyou bonus" of 6 months worth of Lumi will be credited to everyone's Account as long as they are registered on both on Swifin Connect and their Swifin Account
